Cloth diapers have had quite the ride in public opinion. Seen as something old-fashioned and even dirty they were replaced almost universally with disposable diapers. Now they have seen a resurgence in interest. Parents have been rediscovering reusable cloth diapers as they are considered less harmful to the environment (less trash), lighter on the wallet (in the long run) and more gentle on baby’s delicate skin (less diaper rash). They can even be used with subsequent children making them an economical choice, so maybe it’s time you gave them a try, here we round up the best cloth diapers on the market.

How long are cloth diapers good for?

Remember, the less often you have to wash your diapers diapers and covers, the longer they will last. If you choose to diaper with a smaller stash, plan on replacing your diapers every 6-9 months. Don’t expect one-size diapers (or sized diapers!) to last 2 years if you only have 10-15 in rotation!
